In-depth expertise – in-house
i-BRUSH® is developed by Carbex, and our support is handled within our own organization. This means you get help from people who understand how the system is built, how it works and how its different components work together.
Instead of your support request having to pass through multiple external support channels, we can quickly involve the right expertise internally. Our support team works closely with developers and other i-BRUSH® specialists, providing direct access to deeper technical knowledge whenever needed.
For you as a customer, this means more direct and personal contact with the people who truly know the system.
Support from initial installation and beyond
We are here to support you throughout your use of i-BRUSH®. Many questions naturally arise when using the system for the first time, and our team can help you get everything up and running.
This could include connecting i-BRUSH® to your local network, configuring a static IP address, setting up alarms, or pairing and configuring different parts of the system.
But our support does not end after installation. Whenever questions or technical issues arise later on, the same expertise is available to help you move forward.
Remote troubleshooting and analysis
Not every issue requires an on-site visit. i-BRUSH® supports remote assistance, allowing Carbex, with your permission, to connect to the system remotely.
This enables our specialists to troubleshoot issues, review configurations and analyze the system status to help identify the cause of a problem.
The result is a more efficient route to technical assistance. Troubleshooting can begin remotely, lead times can be reduced and, in some cases, an on-site service visit can be avoided altogether.
Did you know that one hour of support is included?
When you purchase an i-BRUSH® system, one hour of support from our in-house team is included.
You can use this hour where you need it most – whether that is assistance with installation and configuration, questions about system functionality or technical troubleshooting.
It gives you direct access to people with in-depth knowledge of i-BRUSH and support tailored to your specific needs.
The right expertise when you need it
Good support is about more than answering questions. It is about getting you closer to a solution – quickly.
With in-house product expertise, close collaboration with our developers and the option of remote support, you have access to the right knowledge when you need it – from your first steps with i-BRUSH® and throughout the continued use of the system.
