i-BRUSH® 2.0 Multiple is designed to monitor carbon brushes inside up to six industrial generators and motors. The system helps operators follow key brush and machine conditions in real time, including brush wear, temperature, current and vibrations.

Built for demanding industrial environments, i-BRUSH 2.0® Multiple gives maintenance teams better insight into brush performance, helping support planned maintenance, reduce unplanned stops and improve operational reliability.

Monitor up to 6 generators or motors

The i-BRUSH 2.0 Multiple Base Unit is designed to monitor multiple machines from a single system. As standard, the system supports monitoring of 3 generators or motors and can be expanded to a maximum of 6 machines.

In addition to brush monitoring, the system also measures enclosure temperature and humidity, providing valuable information about the local installation environment.

Local operation & secure connectivity

The Multiple Base Unit is the central part of the i-BRUSH 2.0 multiple system. It collects, stores and manages monitoring data from connected brush monitoring equipment and provides local system access through the HMI server.
