The i-BRUSH 2.0® is a plug-and-play, battery-free system for motors and generators - with integrated sensors built directly into the carbon brush and an external control unit that gives maintenance staff real-time visibility into brush condition from anywhere, at any time.

The tailor-made setup supports a wide range of interfaces, making it straightforward to integrate into your existing monitoring infrastructure without complex configuration or downtime.

Operating data can be displayed in any PC or HMI display. With knowledge of remaining brush life, the future maintenance can easily be planned to secure uptime.
