I-BRUSH Core and Connect

The Carbex i-BRUSH Core & Connect system combines integrated sensors inside the carbon brush with an external control unit, allowing maintenance teams to monitor brush condition anytime and anywhere. By providing clear insight into remaining brush life, the system makes it easy to plan future maintenance and ensure maximum uptime.

I-BRUSH 2.0

i-BRUSH 2.0 is a unique plug-and-play system for optimal and remote brush monitoring in motors and generators. Using integrated sensors inside the carbon brush and an external control unit, it allows maintenance teams to check brush condition anytime and from anywhere, completely battery-free. The tailor-made setup also provides a wide range of interfaces for easy integration with your existing monitoring system.
